The Quick Qube 8×10 Walk-In Cooler — With Floor is a 80 sq ft fully enclosed modular walk-in cooler panel package — insulated on all six sides. No concrete slab required. Place it on any level surface and it’s ready for refrigeration connection. The MSRP of $10,495 covers the insulated panel shell only — walls, ceiling, floor panels, a standard pre-hung cooler door, pressure relief valve, and cam-latch hardware. Refrigeration is not included and is quoted separately based on your application.

Insulation Options

• 4" EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) — Standard. The proven commercial standard for walk-in coolers. Excellent thermal performance, industry-tested, and cost-effective. Included in every Quick Qube package at MSRP.
• 4" XPS (Extruded Polystyrene) — Premium Upgrade. Higher compressive strength and better moisture resistance than EPS. Preferred for high-traffic floor applications, humid environments, or operations that want the highest available panel performance. Available on request — ask when you submit your quote.

Refrigeration Options

Refrigeration is not included in the panel package price. It is quoted separately and matched to your specific application — room size, product load, target temperature, and ambient conditions.

• Top-Mount Self-Contained Refrigeration. All-in-one unit mounts directly to the cooler ceiling. Fastest installation, no remote condensing unit required, and ideal for standard commercial applications with adequate ambient conditions. The most common choice for restaurants, retail, and food production environments.
• Remote Refrigeration System. Condensing unit is located away from the cooler — typically on a rooftop, exterior wall, or in a mechanical room. Better heat rejection, quieter operation inside the cooler, and preferred for warmer climates, high-load applications, or where equipment noise inside the space is a concern.

Does this package include refrigeration?
No. The MSRP covers the insulated panel shell only — walls, ceiling and floor, door, PRV, and hardware. Refrigeration is quoted separately based on your room size, product load, and ambient conditions. We offer both top-mount self-contained and remote refrigeration configurations.

Is the floor panel included?
Yes. This With Floor package includes an insulated floor panel, making the enclosure thermally complete on all six sides. No slab or site preparation is required — the package installs on any level surface.

Can I upgrade the insulation?
Yes. The standard package uses 4” EPS (expanded polystyrene) panels — the commercial industry standard. A 4” XPS (extruded polystyrene) upgrade is available on request for higher compressive strength and better moisture resistance. Specify your preference when you submit your quote.
