Insulated Panel System
Insulated Panel System
The Qube Insulated Panel System is the right entry point when you’re building a walk-in cooler or freezer from scratch and need a coordinated supply package — not just individual panels. Instead of sourcing panels piecemeal, you get a complete, project-specified system: the right panel thickness (4” for coolers, 6” for freezers and outdoor), the right count, coordinated layout, and the hardware to assemble it. We calculate the panel takeoff based on your room dimensions and spec the full system accordingly. This page is the standard entry point for contractors, design-build firms, and operators who want to price and supply an entire cold room enclosure in a single coordinated order. Doors can — and should — be quoted together.

- Multi-room builds where coordinated panel thickness and layout are critical across zones

A Note on Panel Sourcing
Qube sources panels to meet your project's performance and budget requirements. Panel specifications are matched to your application — temperature target, ambient conditions, and use case. We do not expose supplier-specific sourcing in customer-facing quotes unless you ask.
FAQ
Does this include doors?
Not by default. Doors are quoted separately — but we strongly recommend quoting them together so everything is specced as a compatible, matched system. Add a door request when you submit your dimensions.
What’s the difference between the Panel System and buying individual panels?
The Insulated Panel System is a coordinated, project-specified supply package. We spec panel thickness, count, and layout together based on your room — so you’re not guessing on quantities, mixing panel specs, or missing components.
Can I choose between 4” and 6” panels?
Yes. Panel thickness is matched to your application. Cooler projects targeting 35°F–50°F use 4” panels. Freezer and outdoor projects use 6”. Tell us your application and target temperature and we’ll specify correctly.
Do you sell panels by the piece?
No. We quote by the project. Provide your room dimensions, application, and temperature target — we’ll calculate the panel count and configuration and build your quote.
Is installation included?
No. Panels are sold as a supply package. We can provide installation guidance and contractor referrals on request.
Is freight included?
No. Freight is quoted separately based on your delivery location, panel count, and site conditions.
What happens after I submit my dimensions?
We review your project, confirm the panel specification, and come back with an itemized quote — typically within 1–2 business days. No commitment required to receive a quote.
Ready to Get Started?
Submit your room dimensions, application, and target temperature using the button above. We’ll review your project and come back with a specific, itemized panel quote — not a ballpark. Most panel quotes are completed within 1–2 business days.
