They are the industry-standard specification for cooler applications targeting temperatures in the 35°F–50°F range. 4” panels are appropriate for most commercial walk-in cooler builds — restaurants, food retail, food production, and similar indoor applications. If your project targets freezer temperatures or involves outdoor installation, our 6” panels are the correct specification. Are 4” panels suitable for freezers?
No. 4” panels are the standard specification for cooler applications (35°F–50°F). For freezer-temperature environments — anything below 32°F — our 6” panels are required. Tell us your target temperature and we’ll specify correctly.

Can I quote walls and ceiling separately from the floor?
Yes. Many buyers source walls and ceiling as one line item and floor panels separately, or use an existing slab without an insulated floor. Specify what you need when you submit your dimensions.

Can doors be included in the same quote?
Yes — and we recommend it. Quoting panels and doors together ensures everything is specified as a compatible system. Add a door request when you submit.

Do you sell panels by the piece?
No. We quote by the project. Provide your room dimensions, application, and temperature target — we’ll calculate the panel count and configuration and build your quote.

Is installation included?
No. Panels are sold as a supply package. We can provide installation guidance and contractor referrals on request.

Is freight included?
